Jensen's "On the Gulf" Management Company
Jensen's "On the Gulf" is now managed byBreakaway Vacation Properties. BVP will now be taking care of your reservations & managing the resort.
They are very excited to welcome you and take care of your needs during your stay at our special Boutique Resort. Their goal – to maintain all good things.

Reservation Confirmation Emails
You will receive a confirmation email from Breakaway Vacation Properties.
You will be asked to read & sign their attached Rental Agreement. Your signature will acknowledge that you have read and accept the terms and policies that will best help you, and all our Jensen's "On the Gulf" guests, enjoy their stay.
Signing will generate another email with your lockbox pass code. You will use this access your suite keys on your arrival day - after 4pm.
A Non-Smoking Resort
We do not allow smoking in any of our accommodations. This includes any adjoining porches or anywhere 2nd hand smoke affects other guests. We provide a smoke free environment for our guests and want to make sure you will not be inconvenienced by this policy.
Sorry - No Pets Allowed
Sorry, we do not allow any pets on our resort property (no matter what size).
Only Registered Guests are Allowed on Resort Property
To protect the quality of all our guests stay at Jensen’s “On the Gulf” only the number of guests stated in your confirmation letter will be allowed at our resort & beach.
If you plan on having visitors, or additional persons in your party, they will have to check in as guests of the resort.
Please make arrangements in advance to make certain there is availability for your guests.
We would hate for you guests to not have accommodations if the inn is full.
No Daily Linen or Maid Service
We provide towels, bed linens, toilet paper, soap, beach towels & chairs.
If you need anything for your kitchen - ironing board & iron - clean towels, etc., please contact us before 2:00 pm.
Laundry facilities and ice maker are available on the ground floor of the Jensen Building.
Parking
Parking is very limited. We only have 1 parking space per suite for a car or gas golf cart. We do not have an electric car or golf cart charging station. NOTE: Post Office & Post Office Box Suites have assigned parking spaces. Please observe and respect.
